Washer Repair in Greater Boston

Request washer repair for drainage, spin, leak or cycle problems in our Greater Boston service territory.

Drainage and spin problems

Tell us whether water remains in the drum, whether water drains but the clothes stay unusually wet, or whether the cycle stops before finishing. Drainage, spin and interrupted-cycle symptoms can overlap; describe what happened without guessing the failed part.

Include the selected cycle, the stage at which it stopped and any exact error message. You do not need to run another cycle to gather information.

Leaks and interrupted cycles

Describe where you first notice water and whether the issue occurs while filling, washing or draining. Include any recent change in noise or vibration.

Prepare your service request

Have the washer make and model ready. Tell us if the appliance is stacked, in a closet or difficult to access. Model support and access requirements will be confirmed when arranging the visit.
